Mark David Slater, 50, of Athens, passed away at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens on Saturday, February 20, 2010.  He was born on August 15, 1960 to Audrey (Brothers) Slater and the late David Slater.  

He is survived by his Mother Audrey Slater
Sister; Lynn and Darrell Melton
Niece and Nephew; Allen Peoples and Jennifer Towe.

It was Mr. Slater's wishes to be cremated and there are no services scheduled at this time.
