May Marie Mayle, 83, Pomeroy, passed away on June 28, 2010, at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis.  She was born on May 2, 1927, in Meigs County, Ohio, daughter of the late Eli Joseph Ebersbach and Freda Marie White Ebersbach.  She formerly owned and operated a tavern in Pomeroy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by: four sisters, 1 brother, 1 granddaughter, Trina Bachtel and 1 great grandson, Tray Hutton.

She is survived by:  Children: Calvin Mayle, Long Bottom; Joe Ebersbach, Pomeroy; Sharon (Willis) Durst, Chester; Diane (Ronnie) Bachtel, Long Bottom; Tina Mayle, Pomeroy; 13 Grandchildren: Ronnie (Shelly) Bachtel, Shawn (Jenny) Durst, Tracy (Rick) Collins, Sarah (Aaron) White, Jolene Ebersbach, Jeremy (Tracy) Ebersbach, Candi (Steve) Tracy, Wendi (Joe) Chandler, Kimberly (Shawn) Fitzgerald, Jenny (Larry) Sellers, Carrie (Alex) Shuler, Melissa (Sam) Combs, Amy (Josh) Codner;
23 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Cremation Service is being handled by Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy.
