Charles "Chuck" Davis

Charles Edward "Chuck" Davis, 58, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at the VA Community Living Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.  He was born on May 6, 1966 and was raised in Middleport, Ohio.  Chuck was in United States Navy for 4 years and served our country in the Persian Gulf War.   

  He was preceded in death by his father William Denver Davis and mother Edna Lucille Davis both of Middleport, Ohio and his brother William Davis Jr., also of Middleport.  

  He is survived by his fiance, Tonya Lawson of Middleport; brother, Danny Davis of Pomeroy; five children, Charles Davis Jr., Plainfield, IN, Chelsea Perry of Mason, WV, Nicole Davis of Parkersburg, WV, David Davis of Jacksonville, NC and Michael Davis of Columbus, OH; step-children, Amber Riffle of Rutland, OH and Jason Lawson of Middleport, OH; grandchildren, Ashtyn, Brycen, Gavyn, Colsyn, Jack and Alexis.  

 Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 12:00pm at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home with Pastor Norman Matson officiating.    Visitation for family and friends will be held 2 hours prior to the service (10:00am-12:000pm).
