She is survived by her husband John Staats, Sons James Blackwell, Christopher Pickens; Grandchildren Kiersten Blackwell, Mariah Pickens, Jenna Nease, Noah Pickens, Kenzie Blackwell, Easton Blackwell, Great Grandchildren Willow Dailey, Ma'Kaya Harrison, Sister, Sandy(Benny) Wright, Several Nieces and Nephews.
She is proceeded in death by her Parents, Robert and Hyllia Eblin Brother Roy Eblin, and late husband Harry Pickens Jr.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday July 3,2023 at 1:00PM, With Pastor Justin Roush officiating at Anderson McDaniel in Pomeroy. visitation from 11:00AM to 1:00PM, Burial will follow at Rocksprings Cemetery.
