Frances Burns

Frances Burns, 76, passed away on August 29, 2026. She was born on December 23, 1949, to the late John Stout and Betty Lowe.

Frances was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her family was an important part of her life, and she especially enjoyed spending time with those she loved. Frances enjoyed camping, sharing meals at McDonald’s, and above all, she loved the Lord.

She is survived by her children, Alan (Cheryl Bobo) Stout, Sharon (Sebastian) Cortes, and Christie (Harry) Barton; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; six brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, John Stout and Betty Lowe, Frances was preceded in death by Special Friend Carl Stewart,  one brother and one sister.

Frances will be remembered for the love she shared with her family, the friendships she treasured, and her faith in the Lord. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026 at 1:00pm at the Gravel Hill Cemetery in Cheshire with Pastor John Swanson officiating.
