Jessie "Louise" Frank

Jessie “Louise” Frank, 90 of Racine, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.   She was born on November 6, 1935 to the late Solomon and Evelyn (Price) Bigley.  Louise was a member of the Tupper Plains VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Carmel Sutton Church and The Carmel Sutton Friendship Circle.    

 She is survived by her sons: John (Kila) Frank and Jeff (Amy) Frank; grandchildren, David (Kiera) Frank, Matthew Frank and Callie Frank; great grandchildren, Tristin, Finlee, Cyrus & Eliza Frank; brothers, Robert (Linda) Bigley and Eddie Bigley and several nieces & nephews.

Preceded in death by parents and husband of 48 years Clarence Frank.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 1:00pm at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy with Pastor Mark Mitera officiating.   Burial will follow at the Chester Cemetery.   Visitation for family and friends will be held two hours prior to the service (11:00am-1:00 pm).
