John Lee Foster

John Lee Foster, 78, passed away on September 24, 2025. Born on May 26, 1947, John lived a life devoted to his family and those he loved.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Frances Foster; his son Mickey Lee Foster; his daughter Sandra Faye Carroll and her fiancé Joseph Patera; and his cherished granddaughter Carlene Faye Wolfe and her husband Alec. John’s legacy continues through his great-grandsons, Gunner and Weston Wolfe. He is also survived by his brother Bob Foster, along with several nieces and nephews.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Bertha (Cline) Foster his brother Joe Foster, sister Millie Wain Foster, and several stepbrothers and stepsisters.

He will be remembered for his dedication to family and the countless memories shared with all who knew him.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 1:00pm at the Meigs Memory Gardens with Pastor Jerry Frederick officiating.  

Arrangements are under the direction of the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy.
