Joseph Franklin Lieving

Joseph Franklin Lieving, 87 went to be with the Lord and the love of his life Betty Jo (Boyles) Lieving,  on Friday, March 14, 2025.   He was born in Pt. Pleasant, WV on August 19, 1937 to the late Alice and Otmer Lieving.  

Joe was the “go to guy” for your appliance and TV repair.   He worked many years for Ingels furniture in Middleport, Ohio.  

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty Jo (Boyles) Lieving; two sisters, Virginia Lieving and Judy Young; brother, Edgar Lieving.

He is survived by 2 daughters, Jennifer (Larry) Harris and Teresa (Michl) King; two grandchildren, Matthew (Tatum) Harris and Mallory (Steven) Bowers. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 1:00pm at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Middleport.  Burial will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery.   Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service.
