In Loving Memory of Keely Maye Shuler
October 13, 1993 – February 10, 2026
Keely Maye Shuler, age 32, passed away leaving behind a legacy of fierce love, courage, and selflessness that will never be forgotten.
Born on October 13, 1993, Keely was a beloved daughter, sister, and mother whose presence brought strength and warmth to the lives of those around her. She is survived by her precious daughter, Kalimae, her loving parents, Pam and Rick Patterson, her devoted sisters who cherished her deeply, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews who were blessed to know and love her. She was preceded in death by her father Steve Shuler, grandfather Gene Whaley, grandmother Connie Patterson, great grandfather David Campbell and Kalimae's unborn twin.
Keely will be remembered most for the way she loved fully, fiercely, and without hesitation. Her greatest role in life was being Kali’s mom and being known as Aunt Keke to all her nieces and nephews. In her final moments, Keely showed the depth of a mother’s love by becoming her daughter’s hero, putting Kali’s life before her own. Her bravery and sacrifice will forever stand as a testament to the strength of her heart and the boundless love she carried for her child.
Those who knew Keely also knew her strong spirit. She was wonderfully stubborn, determined, resilient, and never one to give up on the people she loved. That stubborn strength was part of what made her so special.
Keely’s laughter, her loyalty, and her fierce devotion to family will be deeply missed, but the love she gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Though her time here was far too short, Keely’s life was one of courage, love, and sacrifice. She will always be remembered, always be missed, and always be loved.
A celebration of life will be held for Keely at Kountry Resort Campground Banquet Hall on Thursday, March 19 at 5pm, all are welcome.
