Shelba Jean Wickline

Shelba Jean Wickline of Racine Ohio passed away Sunday August 24, 2025 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus Ohio. Shelba was born in Lundale, WV Ohio on November 25, 2041 to the late Cecil and Fannie Maynard of Racine, Ohio.

Shelba was enjoying her retirement from Meigs County Department of Human Services. Her loved spending time with family and friends. She also loved shopping and traveling. She especially enjoyed her quiet mornings sitting on her porch drinking her coffee, enjoying her flowers and watching her birds.

Shelba left behind her beloved daughter Brenda (Steve) Miller, three loving sisters, Catherine (Ronald) Conkel of Minford Ohio, Julie Maynard Murphy of Racine Ohio, Sandra Kay (Scott) Oberholzer of Albany Ohio and brother Cecil (Debbie) Maynard.

Also remaining are five granddaughters, Devin, Stephanie, Jhonda, Sarah and Heather.

Besides her parents, Shelba was preceded in death by her brother Sam Maynard of Wilkesville OH. Her brother Richard Maynard of Wilkesville OH. Also preceding her in death were her grandchildren, Chelsea Miller and Chase Miller of and her nephew, Michael Todd Grindstaff.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 4-6:00pm at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy.
